What this system is

Leads is a lead dispatch and commission attribution system built for Lavender Properties Ltd by Yutie Consulting.

The licence

The system is the property of Yutie Consulting. Lavender Properties Ltd holds a free, perpetual licence to use it internally, for its own business, with no limit on the number of people at the agency who use it and no annual fee.

The licence does not transfer ownership of the code, and it does not permit the agency to resell the system, license it onward, or operate it as a service for another agency.

What the licence covers

Use of the system as delivered. Bug fixes on anything that does not behave the way this documentation says it behaves. Small adjustments, which are marked Included on the change request queue and carry no charge.

What is quoted separately

The public website. Landing pages. A landlord portal. Campaign work and advertising management. Any new feature large enough to need scoping, which is quoted with an amount and a number of working days before any code is written, and which nobody starts until the agency has approved that quote.

Your data belongs to you

All client data, lead data, commission records, reports and audit history created in this system belong to Lavender Properties Ltd. The agency may export the whole of it, in full, at any time, without asking and without a fee. If the relationship between the agency and Yutie Consulting ends, the data leaves with the agency.

Support

Support is through the support desk inside the system. A ticket receives a reference and a reply. There is no separate support contract to buy.
